Ingredients: Ripe bananas - 4 All purpose flour - 7,5 oz Baking powder - 1½ tsp Soda - ½ tsp A pinch of nutmeg A pinch of salt Brown sugar - 2,6 oz Oil - 2 oz Mixed nuts - 2 oz or to taste Dried fruit - 2 oz or to taste Kcal per 100 g - 267 Directions: In a small bowl, cover dried fruit with boiling water. Let it steep for 15 minutes In a medium bowl, sift together your flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and salt and set aside. In a separate bowl, mash bananas or blend the bananas Add the sugar and oil and mix until evenly combined Gently fold in the dry ingredients just enough for everything to come together Now, gently fold in chopped nuts and drained dried fruit Pour the batter into your greased bread pan Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 min or until a tooth pick comes out clean
