Frozen yogurt bark is the perfect healthy summer snack that tastes as delicious as it looks. The best part is that it’s super easy to make and there are endless fruit combinations you can try out. You will need 500g greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp of maple syrup or honey, and your fruit toppings of choice. You can also add some chocolate chips or nuts for an unexpected treat. Line your baking tray with tin foil, baking paper or cling film so the bark doesn’t stick to the tray. Mix the yogurt with maple syrup or honey and spread it onto a flat baking tray.
