PLACE NUTS, SEEDS, OATS AND BERRIES INTO LARGE BAKING TRAY. ADD CINNAMON AND NUTMEG AND MIX TO COMBINE. IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE MELTED COCONUT OIL WITH APPLE SAUCE AND POUR MIXTURE OVER THE NUTS.
