WhatsApp users can now choose to have chats automatically be deleted after 24 hours, seven days or 90 days. Users previously only had the option of having messages disappear after seven days. The Meta-owned messaging app introduced the new options in a recent update. Users will now have the option to turn on disappearing messages by default for all new one-on-one chats. Users will also have the option to enable the feature for group chats that they create.
