Instagram will introduce a new feature that will encourage teens to “take a break” from the platform. Facebook’s Global Affairs VP Nick Clegg said that the new changes are meant to reduce addiction and unhealthy behavior. Internal research from Instagram recently revealed that the platform could negatively affect the mental health of teens.
